These General Conditions regulate the sale of the products displayed on this website

As a general rule, packages are sent within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment, through CRONOFRIO OR TIPSA. If you need the tracking number, send us an email to and we will inform you.

Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges, as well as postage. Handling costs have a fixed price, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine different orders, and shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. VEGOMII is responsible if the receipt of the product is broken or in poor condition, but you must send us an email to , with images of the broken product and delivery note within 24 hours of receiving the package. After 24 hours of receipt of the package, VEGOMII is not responsible.

Cold or conventional express parcel service, depending on the product to be sent. It will be sent by CHRONOFRÍO in case of product that needs to be refrigerated between 2 and 4 degrees. It will be sent by TIPSA in the event that the product does not need to be refrigerated. Frozen shipments are not made.

Shipments are made in: Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), Balearic Islands.

Shipments with these conditions cannot be made in the Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla. In these cases, you can send us an email to and we will inform you of the extra costs to make these shipments.



1.-) Our products will be transported by well-known companies of urgent food transport services in refrigeration or conventional.

2.-) This service ensures the receipt of the product in 48-72 hours on working days from the collection of the merchandise by the carrier. (No deliveries are made on Saturdays or Sundays)

3.-) Shipping for orders that exceed € 50 will be free for the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), Balearic Islands.

All our rates are calculated for the areas listed above and in the case of not exceeding € 50. Depending on the destination, the resulting pricing table is:

1.-) National destination (Spain and Portugal) and Balearic Islands> € 50 FREE

2.-) Andorra € 36 customs

3.-) Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands to consult.



The customer has 24 hours, from receipt of the product, to communicate his desire to return one or all the products of his order. Below you will find some logical requirements that the returned goods must meet.

VEGOMII is responsible if the receipt of the product is broken or in poor condition, but you must send us an email to , with images of the broken product and delivery note within 24 hours of receiving the package. After 24 hours of receipt of the package, VEGOMII is not responsible.

To carry out the return, please send us an email to the email address indicating:

-Place (full address) and time of collection of the product you want to return

Once we have received your return request, we will proceed to collect the merchandise. So that the consumer can pay the transport costs in the same way that he acquired the product, we have enabled in our catalog a fictitious product with a price of 0 euros. In this way you can pay by card the expenses derived exclusively from the transport of the return. As soon as we have verified that the products meet the return requirements, we will proceed to the immediate refund if it is a credit card, and we will carry out the bank transfer, if this is the payment method (maximum 5 working days from the product receipt). For this purpose, you must provide us with a current account number to make the payment.



1. Returns caused by OUFIL OVOPRODUCTES errors in the processing of your order will be made free of charge, reimbursing 100% of the cost of the merchandise as well as the costs of shipping and returning the merchandise.

2. In the event that the return is motivated by any cause other than the one mentioned above, VEGOMII will proceed to refund 100% of the merchandise, however you must pay the shipping cost at the same rate as the expedition rate.

3. Any merchandise that is opened, used or with clear signs of tampering will not be refunded.
